The 360° Vision Plan is a living draft strategic plan for carrying out the MRHHA's mission of building a future with our shared past. It is a "living draft"— open to new ideas, emerging partnerships, and evolving possibilities. It continues to emerge organically from the pilot projects and partnerships developed around the commemoration of More Than 350 Years in the Making: Moose Factory in Omushkego Aski from Time Immemorial to 1673 to 2023 (watch the highlight videos here).

On March 5, 2026, we launched a first draft of this living draft plan, with targets set for 2033, Moose Factory’s 360th anniversary. The goal is to envision and build a regional hub and Canadian model for holistic 360° economic and community development; culture and language revitalization; reconciliation, education, and health – all founded on a rich heritage and ethic of reciprocity and hospitality. We also want to promote a 360° Vision of who we are in relation to others, in relation to our past, our present and our future.
