• The 360° Vision Plan is a living draft strategic plan for carrying out the MRHHA's mission of building a future with our shared past. It is a "living draft"— open to new ideas, emerging partnerships, and evolving possibilities. ​​​It continues to emerge organically from the pilot projects and partnerships developed around the commemoration of More Than 350 Years in the Making: Moose Factory in Omushkego Aski from Time Immemorial to 1673 to 2023 (watch the highlight videos here).

• On March 5, 2026, we launched a first draft of this living draft plan, with targets set for 2033, Moose Factory’s 360th anniversary. The goal is to envision and build a regional hub and Canadian model for holistic 360° economic and community development; culture and language revitalization; reconciliation, education, and health – all founded on a rich heritage and ethic of reciprocity and hospitality. We also want to promote a 360° Vision of who we are in relation to others, in relation to our past, our present and our future.
