The Moose River Heritage and Hospitality Association has launched the Sawelihcikewin Fund-Raising Campaign to restore and renew our iconic Old St. Thomas as the key legacy project of a More than 350 Initiative. You can help us renew Old St. Thomas as a multi-use community centre that honours our loved ones laid to rest nearby and provides programming that celebrates and supports family, language, arts and culture. Your gift will honour the legacy of our loved ones by helping build a future with our shared past.
We have raised $1.1 Million of the $3.2 Million goal and are on track to raise the remainder early in 2025. All donations matter now, no matter how small, as we have initial approval for a large donation doubling all funds on hand, and businesses and individuals donating now increases momentum making the large donations from more likely from regional corporations and foundations we are approaching.
